Tita Siviour at 'Sunny Coast Stays' has recently become the new manager of my investment property/holiday unit. To say I'm thrilled with her management thus far would be an understatement. Tita came on board in the midst of a really tough time which was negatively impacting the short-term rental situation. This holiday house exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described — and better. The house was spotless, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The layout was perfect for unwinding, with spacious living areas, comfortable beds, and a well-appointed kitchen that made it easy to feel at home. The outdoor space was a real highlight — peaceful, private, and ideal for enjoying morning coffee or evening drinks, and by a beautifully designed outdoor area with a pool. The location was fantastic: quiet and relaxing, yet close enough to shops, attractions, and beaches to make getting around easy. Communication with the host was seamless, with clear instructions and quick, friendly responses. This is the kind of place that makes a holiday truly enjoyable — stress-free, comfortable, and memorable. Tita from Sunny Coast Stays is an absolute game changer! I honestly couldn’t recommend Tita highly enough. Having an investment property and managing it as a short-term rental can be incredibly stressful, but since Tita took over, I genuinely feel like I can just step back and know everything is being looked after. She is exceptional at what she does. Her communication is fantastic, she is incredibly proactive, and she consistently goes above and beyond what you would expect from a property manager. Nothing ever seems to be too much trouble, and I know that if something needs attention, Tita will handle it. What I value most is the peace of mind.
